Submitting an inquiry does not create a contract. A project begins only when both you and VANTERRE agree on a scope and pricing, and that agreement is confirmed in writing.

Website and care packages are purchased through Stripe Checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe under its own terms. Where a launch package is purchased without prior written scoping, the applicable package description on the Services page defines the deliverables.

The services offered include website design, development, optimization, and maintenance. Specific deliverables, timelines, and final pricing for your project — including any add-ons — are confirmed before work begins beyond the package scope.

Care plans are recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe and may be canceled at any time, subject to Stripe's billing terms. Plan details and prices are listed on the Services page.

VANTERRE offers website packages at published price points of $500, $900, $1,500, and $2,500, plus optional add-ons. Prices may change in the future; the price shown at the time of your purchase is the price that applies to it.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the content and instructions you provide for your project, and for having the rights to any materials you supply for use on your website.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VANTERRE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website or from services provided under a project agreement.

These terms may be revised as the business evolves. The current version will always be available on this page, with its update date.
